These spicy Ghost Pepper cookies are not for the faint of heart. Ghost Pepper chocolate chunks are mixed into the chocolate batter, so no 2 cookies have the same amount of heat (but I try to make them as uniform as I can). But don't worry, it might taste really spicy at first, but the sweetness of the chocolate mellows it out in the end.  These come only in one size, Medium (1.5oz).
